We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in need. In this role, you will help clients live independently and comfortably in their own homes or in our care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to clients
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication management
- Support mobility and transfers, including lifting and transferring clients as needed
- Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and light housekeeping
- Provide emotional support and empathy to clients and their families
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions or needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0- more years of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Work in clients' homes or in our care facilities
- Frequent lifting, bending, and standing
- Occasional exposure to infectious diseases
