Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Legends Agency. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong administrative skills, capable of managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for several key areas:

  • Project Management: Assist in the development and execution of various projects, ensuring they align with operational standards and enhance guest experiences.
  • Aesthetic Oversight: Contribute to the overall aesthetics of the property, from interior design elements to staff presentation, ensuring a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively for a successful outcome.
  • Training Facilitation: Help coordinate training programs for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.

Key requirements include:

  • Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate with a minimum level 2 experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of Opera is essential; familiarity with ESP and Micros is beneficial.
  • Experience: A diploma or degree in hospitality management or project management is advantageous; a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry is required.
