We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Talent Acquirer to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop job postings and distribute them across various platforms.
  • Identify and attract top talent from job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Review and analyze resumes and applications to create a list of suitable candidates.
  • Initial assessments of candidate suitability via phone calls.
  • Scheduling and coordination of interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Keep track of candidate data and updates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Work collaboratively with senior recruiters to define recruitment goals and develop targeted strategies.
  • Organization of recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Maintenance of relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Superior organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial.
