About the Role

This permanent part-time position as a Hospitality Services Worker at Lefroy Care Centre in Bull Creek requires the successful candidate to demonstrate proficient time management skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment, following a set cleaning schedule, and building positive relationships with colleagues and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop designated areas as per the cleaning schedule
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with residents, colleagues, and visitors
  • Respond to emergency cleaning requirements as directed by management

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Evidence of COVID-19 and current flu vaccinations
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance within 6 months
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks
  • NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
  • Effective communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with residents and colleagues
