We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Administrator to join our team at the Pigalle Restaurant.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and providing exceptional service. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting all customers, answering enquiries, and seating them in designated areas. You will also be required to answer incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner, following established procedures for restaurant point of sales.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in English (speaking and spelling), and a Matric/Grade 12 qualification. Previous experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  2. Answer customer enquiries and seat them in designated areas
  3. Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries
  4. Follow established procedures for restaurant point of sales

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our team.
