We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Pigalle Restaurant.

About the Role:

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.

You will be responsible for greeting all customers, answering enquiries, and seating them in designated areas. You will also answer incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner, following established procedures for restaurant point of sales.

Additionally, you will maintain strong communication skills, demonstrate fluency in English (speaking and spelling), and meet the requirements outlined below.

Requirements:
  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation (preferably with restaurant experience)
  • Availability for night shifts during the week and Saturday dinner shifts, as well as weekend lunch shifts
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$50,000.
