Enterprise Sales Manager

SA Sales Fraternity is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our IT Technology Solutions team in penetrating and expanding within the Mining, Industrial, and Petrochemical sectors.
About the Role:
- Lead market penetration initiatives in relevant industries.
- Drive and achieve sales and profit targets by identifying new business opportunities and securing new logos.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor teams to foster growth and ensure alignment with company objectives and personal development goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver value to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-year Degree / N-diploma (NQF 6) preferably in Sales, Marketing or related studies.
- Min of 10 years experience in sales management, preferably in the technology sector with proven experience in sales.
- Strong client network throughout the market.
- Prior experience in a start-up or business led by a founder would be advantageous.
- Master's degree in the relevant field would be highly advantageous.
