About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Manager to join our team at Edustaff. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of our campus, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and student services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage the national sales strategy to achieve campus sales targets
  • Manage income and expenditure, as well as debtors, to ensure financial stability
  • Oversee system administration and facilities to maintain a safe and efficient learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies
  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of quality and excellence in all aspects of campus operations
  • Manage the performance of campus staff and ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent student services
  • Develop and implement a customer relationship management strategy to enhance student engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3-year qualification in Business or Sales & Marketing
  • 3-5 years' experience in management activities of a small to medium-sized company
  • Proven track record in growing sales of a business
  • EE candidate preferred
