Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Admin Clerk to join our team at Frogg Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, processing, and management of financial transactions using Pastel.
- Distribute customer statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and send invoices, as well as perform daily checking of supplier and customer invoices and delivery notes.
- Manage debtors and creditors, including loading supplier invoices onto Pastel and calculating VAT.
- Onboard new customers and suppliers, and manage credit application forms.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with couriers and receiving orders.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Clerk, Admin Clerk, or Girl Friday.
- Pastel experience, including invoicing processing.
- Debtors and creditors experience.
- Credit application experience (vetting) is an added bonus.
- Excel experience.
