About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound & Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting our cleaning services, identifying customer needs, and converting warm leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve monthly targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the team to drive business growth and improvement

What We're Looking For:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or sales, preferably within the cleaning or services industry
  2. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  4. Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule independently
  5. A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  6. Strong negotiation skills and professionalism in handling complaints
