Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inbound & Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting our cleaning services, identifying customer needs, and converting warm leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve monthly targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the team to drive business growth and improvement
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or sales, preferably within the cleaning or services industry
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule independently
- A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong negotiation skills and professionalism in handling complaints
Benefits:

- Uncapped commission (On-target earnings: £25,000 / month)
