As a Deputy Regional Manager at BLU by Adcorp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Network. This includes providing strong leadership, supporting team members, and communicating effectively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Regional Vandalism and 3rd Party Spares: Oversee the detailed vandalism process in the region, drive and manage vandalism documentation, and plan/schedule vandalism repairs to meet customer requirements and priorities.
- Plan and Coordinate Spare Requirements: Plan spare requirements for regions, coordinate vandalism spares with relevant teams, and ensure quality vandalism repairs.
- Leadership and Team Support: Demonstrate team leadership, support team members, and communicate effectively with other departments.
- Travel and Work Requirements: Be prepared to work long hours as required and travel away from home from time to time.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma: Possess a relevant diploma.
- Experience and Knowledge: Have at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience within Telecom and demonstrated team leadership.
