Requirements
A business-related degree and over 10 years experience in related fields are required. Strong technical skills, including product knowledge and economic capital management, are essential.
Competencies
The successful candidate will possess strong behavioural competencies, including developing strategies, embracing change, and empowering individuals. Technical competencies in customer understanding, risk reporting, and risk/reward thinking are also essential.
