The Western Cape Government is recruiting for the position of Office Operations Manager. This role will provide administrative support services to the component, including handling general enquiries, managing correspondence, and maintaining leave and asset registers.

Job Duties:

  • Provide effective office administration and management support services
  • Handle general enquiries pertaining to the functioning of the component
  • Maintain and control leave and asset register for the component

Requirements:

An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-degree or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year relevant experience; Knowledge of government systems, policies, and the Constitution, legal and institutional arrangements governing the SA public sector.

Benefits and Remuneration:

A competitive salary package, with R 376 413 per annum; Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees, funded or co-funded in terms of applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
