Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of back-office professionals, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy in all operations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the back office, including workflow management, process optimisation, and issue resolution.
  • Process & Policy Development: Develop and implement standardised processes and policies that improve productivity, ensure compliance, and align with the company's objectives.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing training and career development opportunities for team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all back-office tasks are executed with precision and meet high standards of service.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor back-office performance through KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth cross-functional operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all back-office functions adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Back Office Manager or similar leadership role within the BPO, FinTech, or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of back-office processes, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to develop and enforce policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the FinTech or BPO sector.
