Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will become an expert in MRI QPM and its best practice use, providing exceptional client service and leveraging the business benefits available from the QPM solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new clients through the initial implementation and configuration of QPM, towards set objectives for going live with the software.
  • Provide ongoing professional services to clients, including data manipulation, import and extraction, running workshops, training, and report building.
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge of the QPM software and other MRI products.
  • Collaborate with other teams within MRI, including QPM Support and Application Administration Services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of providing consultancy around configurable software solutions.
  • Knowledge of property management software solutions, including financial aspects.
  • Experience delivering training to clients in various formats, including formal courses and workshop-style sessions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of a client organization.
