Job Title: Sales Administrator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele sales and administration, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle tele sales, including responding to customer queries related to pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
  2. Capture and process customer orders, generate invoices, and update orders on the courier portal for dispatching.
  3. Manage customer communications through various channels such as email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  4. Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding product deliveries and resolving any issues.
  5. Maintain and update customer information in the Palladium CRM system.
  6. Liaise with customers to introduce new products and services, offering support as needed.
  7. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly group sales targets.
  8. Ensure all administrative tasks, including order processing and customer data updates, are completed efficiently.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with a drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. You will have a strong customer-focused approach, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and previous experience in customer service are a plus.
