- Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating, directing, and leading projects.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in onshore renewable projects, with a keen interest in and knowledge of the industry.
- Excellent report-writing skills and ability to provide guidance to clients on commercial and contractual issues.
- Good sales and business development techniques, with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
- Project-orientated with a strong team player approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Well-organized, self-directed, and insightful, with a strong attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills and excellent report-writing skills.
- Qualified degree in Engineering (minimum NQF 7).
