The Member Services Representative will assist members with inquiries, resolve issues, and share information on cooperative programs and services that benefit our members. They will also help keep member accounts updated and route service orders accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with inquiries and resolve issues over the phone or in person
  • Keep member accounts updated in databases and route service orders
  • Share information on cooperative programs and services that benefit members
  • Use established guidelines and policies to exceed member expectations

Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  2. At least one year of customer service experience
  3. Excellent customer service skills and service-oriented approach
  4. Good problem-solving and active listening skills
  5. Strength in problem sensitivity and ability to discuss billing information
  6. Basic computer skills and comfort with programs similar to Microsoft Office and Internet applications
