Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and optimizing data center infrastructure, including the formulation and deployment of operation and maintenance guarantee plans.
  • Personnel Management: Oversee the management and deployment of personnel responsible for facilities and equipment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of maintenance work and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Safety Assurance: Ensure the safe operation of power equipment and the integrity of facilities, achieving the best comprehensive equipment efficiency with the most economical equipment life cycle cost.
  • Event Reporting: Responsible for reporting and tracking major events, and organizing, reviewing, and implementing major changes.
  • Familiarization: Stay up-to-date with the current status of all power guarantee facilities at the project site and the power requirements of each computer room.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance plans for all power guarantee facilities to ensure the safe operation of the data center.
  • Operation Review: Review and revise the operation of various power facilities, maintenance, operation instructions, and various plans to meet the power guarantee needs of the data center.
  • Emergency Plans: Develop and review emergency plans for data centers, conducting regular drills to ensure the safety of data center operations.
  • Team Management: Manage the infrastructure operation and maintenance team, providing continuous training and assessment to ensure team members meet job competency requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as electricity, HVAC, automation, or a related major.
  • More than 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure construction or operation and maintenance management.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure operation and maintenance, including the ability to adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and modify room systems.
  • Strong management experience and communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in ISO/IEC service management systems.
  • Able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.
  • Good written and oral expression and communication and coordination skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and strong execution ability.
