Responsibilities:
- Lead the pattern design team to develop new denim products from concept to completion.
- Work closely with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure efficient design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Analyse fabric properties, colour effects, and other factors affecting product quality to develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement effective workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to market.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Clothing Management or Clothing Production or Fashion Design.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the denim industry.
- Proven ability to drive results-oriented projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence suppliers, buyers, and technologists.
