Sleepwear Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sleepwear designer to join our team as a Co-Founder & Lead Designer. As the visionary behind our luxury sleepwear brand, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and refining elegant, feminine, and minimal sleepwear & loungewear collections.

You will work closely with us to develop an entirely new aesthetic for high-end sleepwear, redefining elegance, femininity, and comfort with premium natural fabrics. Your expertise in natural textiles and understanding of luxury aesthetics will be invaluable in shaping the creative direction of our brand.

• Lead the Design Process: Conceptualize, sketch, and refine sleepwear & loungewear collections that exude sophistication and refinement.
• Fabric & Material Selection: Collaborate with suppliers to source luxury natural fabrics that meet our quality, sustainability, and comfort standards.
• Technical Development: Create technical packs, garment specifications, and production-ready files that ensure seamless production.
• Prototype & Fit Oversight: Guide sampling and ensure perfect drape, cut, and fit for a high-end feel.
• Manufacturer & Supplier Collaboration: Liaise with fabric suppliers, pattern makers, and production partners to bring our vision to life.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in sleepwear, loungewear, or high-end fashion, expertise in natural fabrics, hands-on experience with tech packs and sampling, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will also need to understand luxury aesthetics, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about women's fashion and slow luxury.
