  2. Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders to address concerns or questions related to the delivery process.
  3. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements of assigned trucks to ensure timely repairs and maintain vehicle safety standards.
  4. Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements regarding vehicle operation, safety, and code of conduct.
  5. Comply with all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized truck, stocked with necessary equipment and documents.
  7. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) to mitigate potential risks and establish a safe work environment.
  8. Attend meetings and support the team in achieving operational goals.
  9. Participate in coaching and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the FMCG Retail industry.

Required Competencies

  1. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  2. Friendly, helpful, confident, yet humble, with excellent teamwork skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft software.
  6. Accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Proven driving skills.
