Job Title: Insurance Industry Internal Audit Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Network Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement a strategic approach for the insurance business units internal audit function, ensuring alignment with the departmental strategy.
  • Contribute to internal audit departmental strategic planning, providing focus for the insurance business unit.
  • Provide support and technical expertise to the Head: Internal Audit in realising the strategy through drafting and proposing input to the annual audit plan.
  • Link the strategy to departmental initiatives and communicate objectives to the insurance business unit team.
  • Support the compilation of the departmental budget by leveraging insurance business units know-how.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should hold a CA(SA) or CIA qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Possess skills in CAATs.
Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
