- GAP Analysis Implementation: Effectively implement GAP analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including correspondence and documentation.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including filing, typing, and organizing tasks.
- Liaising with Clients: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Reporting and System Development: Create and maintain reports, templates, and administrative systems to improve efficiency.
- Event Planning and Travel Arrangements: Organize events, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and health and safety regulations.
- A degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business / Operations Administrator or in a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of compliance with the FIC Act and POPIA is essential.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
