We are seeking a Workforce Optimization Professional to join our team. As a Workforce Optimization Professional, you will play a key role in driving organisational success and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration.

Your primary responsibility will be to work in partnership with plant or regional managers to establish the HR strategies and plans necessary to support the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workforce Strategy and Plan Formulation:
    Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Talent Attraction and Management:
    Support the activation of the talent strategy for the business by developing insight and analysis of people-related business issues and opportunities.
  3. Talent Development:
    Identify specific employment and development issues from workforce trends and staff feedback mechanisms. Drive the implementation of training, mentoring, and coaching programmes.
  4. Workforce Modernisation:
    Act as an advocate of change and modernisation in support of business and HR strategies.
  5. Employee Relations:
    Lead management in employee relations and conflict resolution. Advise managers on complex employee relations issues.
  6. Change Management:
    Lead key HR initiatives and change programmes to ensure effective coordination of people and resources.
  7. Coaching:
    Advise, coach, and support managers on staff leadership activities.
  8. Administration and Reporting:
    Compile and submit management and statutory reports relating to human resource management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Human Resource Management and a valid Code EB driver's licence. You must also have at least 5 years' experience as a HR generalist, of which 1 must be in an advisory role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, report writing skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, administrative and organisational skills, consulting skills, collaboration, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
