About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inventory and Supply Chain Manager at Professional Recruitment Partners.

The role involves ensuring that branch/main warehouse operational systems and processes are maintained/enhanced to ensure optimal branch/main warehouse performance and an enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks in the branch/main warehouse environment.
  2. Training branch managers and supervisors in process-oriented thinking and effective management practices.
  3. Liaising with various heads of departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  4. Providing regular feedback to relevant Head Office departments on performance/delivery problems experienced by branch/main warehouse.
Requirements
  • Matric and B. Com degree.
  • At least 5 years in a similar environment/position.
  • Inventory and supply chain management experience.
  • Syspro (Accounting and warehouse management system) knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
