The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial areas such as financial accounting and controlling, financial management, cost/overhead controlling, and steering. They will also have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage with authority.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Computer Science, and/or a Chartered Accountant or MBA qualification is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in relevant commercial or operational roles in financial controlling or accounting is essential.

The ideal candidate will have IT knowledge, particularly with SAP, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining an overview of CoCs specific processes & structures, ensuring that the CoC solution for a market will be implemented & tested, and conducting all FIT/GAP workshops & introducing the template processes to markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach.
  • Filling out the required data collection sheets.
  • Discussing potential GAPs with the CoC experts.
  • Coordinating and taking care of a certain market rollout in all aspects of the product.
  • Ensuring that the migration mapping workshops will take place and that these result in final mappings.

The successful candidate will be a key player in the strategic initiative to standardize and integrate the global finance system across 40 countries and multiple entities over a multi-year project.
