Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Develop and implement methods for improving work flow and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Ensure accurate mineralogical data collection and high-quality technical reporting.
  • Maintain a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology (B.Sc Hons) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in geology, with a proven track record of successful management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, people, and financial skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
