Job Description

Salesworx requires a skilled Payroll Officer to manage various payroll processes and systems. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in payroll administration and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll data, including employee hours, attendance, and leave.
  • Administer the Astrow Clock Card System to track employee hours and attendance.
  • Process overtime and shift changes within the Astrow System.
  • Configure the Astrow System to link with VIP Payroll for efficient data transfer.
  • Resolve discrepancies and queries related to employee hours and payroll data.
  • Act as a Super User/Administrator for VIP Payroll, responsible for setting up new employee records and processing leave.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
