We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategy Consultant to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive business growth within our Strategy team at Decision Inc.


Decision Inc. is a technology consulting organization with a unique understanding of how to unlock the potential within our clients' businesses and people. We help companies run better, grow faster, and transform their operations.


We represent leading global technology brands and are experts in implementing, supporting, and executing technologies such as SAP, QlikView, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere, and Adaptive Insights.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for internally developed solutions and products.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Strategy Team to deliver strategic consulting initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of digital transformation strategies to drive data-driven decision making for clients.
  • Contribute to and lead the Technical Solutions and Innovation (TSI) Team in researching the latest technologies and trends.
  • Gain insights into clients' business challenges to understand their needs and strategy.
  • Define client problems concisely and propose potential solutions.
  • Develop and present proposed solutions to clients.
  • Assist with business development activities such as scoping, proposals, and presentations, as well as client workshops.
  • Develop key client relationships and grow Decision Inc.'s Strategy presence in the assigned client base.
  • Work with leadership to deliver against divisional commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure excellent in-client performance.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting and/or sales roles.
  • Experience in a technology consulting service environment.
  • Relevant finance or business qualification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify client challenges and create opportunities for improvement and client value.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to business users and business requirements to technical delivery teams.
  • Ability to manage and foster strong relationships with teams and clients.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Passion for delivering on the company's strategic plan.
