Main Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate stock levels at all times to meet customer demands
- Providing excellent customer service by listening to their needs and offering personalized advice and alternatives
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensuring timely delivery of customer goods in accordance with company policy
- Managing sales and administrative functions, including general administrative duties required by the role
- Taking telephonic orders from customers
- Procuring non-stock items in line with official company buying policy
- Meeting agreed delivery times to maintain customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers with loading their goods when required
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail sales within the building/construction industry
