We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to spearhead revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of cash management principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Manage and analyze sales pipelines to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales collateral.
  • Ensure client understanding of our Settlement process and provide training on instant access and webflow.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our cash management solutions.
  • Secure meetings with decision-makers and close deals.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree (BCom or equivalent) is preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience in external sales/business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle (R5000 fuel card provided).
Benefits:
  • R1500 monthly airtime allowance for business purposes.
  • Potential to earn attractive commission for successful client signings.
Salary:

R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
