Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive to lead our Corporate Services department in East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, operational management, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Corporate Services team.
  • Operational Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective operational plans, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal outcomes.
  • Programme Planning and Management: Design and manage programmes that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Corporate Support Management Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to support the company's corporate functions, including human resources, finance, and communications.
  • Human Resources Management Framework: Establish and maintain effective HR practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Information and Communication Technology Framework: Implement and manage ICT systems to support business operations.
  • Legal Services Framework: Ensure the company's legal obligations are met, and provide advice on legal matters.
  • Communications Management Framework: Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's image and reputation.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities.
  • Records Management Framework: Establish and maintain effective records management practices.
  • Financial Planning and Management: Develop and manage financial plans, ensuring the company's financial stability.
  • Human Resources Planning and Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or national diploma in a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with 8 years at general management level.
  • Proven track record of successful operational and process management in the public or private sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of policy and legislation.
  • Understanding of corporate services and delegation of powers.
  • Advanced knowledge of institutional governance systems and performance management.
  • Good governance principles.
  • Audit and risk management establishment and functionality.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
