We are looking for a talented Reporting and Insights Analyst to join our team at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting relating to all aspects of profit and loss and the balance sheet.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in producing high-quality regular reporting and additional analysis. A Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, or Accounting, as well as a Certificate in Accounting (CA (SA)), is required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in business intelligence and analytics, working closely with our Financial Insights Leads, Head of Reporting and Control, and businesses in delivering their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- To support the Reporting and Control Managers in the production of regular reporting and insights and analytics;
- To deliver reporting relating to all aspects of profit and loss and the balance sheet;
- To produce budget reporting during the planning cycle;
- To conduct analytical reviews of the data obtained to predetermined materiality and metrics.
