We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Customer Support Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Field Agents, addressing their queries, and promoting new products and services.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many Field Agents, so it's essential to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry developments and financial regulations to ensure accurate and informative responses to customer queries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Address queries from Field Agents promptly and efficiently.
  2. Provide detailed information on various topics including procedures, app functionality, and device setup.
  3. Promote new products and services to Field Agents.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and queries.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  4. Familiarity with financial services regulations and practices (desired).
