Factory Administrator Job Description

RPO Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Factory Administrator to support the smooth operation of our client's packaging team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and filing
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Coordinate schedules and meetings for factory management
  • Prepare and distribute reports and documentation related to production and operations
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Assist during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
