Sales Consultant

Main Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to effectively promote and sell Ctrack's solution stack to new customers within the Fleet and SMB market segments, ensuring monthly sales targets are met at optimal profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, track sales activities, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and challenges.
  • Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
  • Measure and manage preventable churn within the partner's customer base.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers at target companies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and generate reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Studying towards a Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration/Relevant field.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
