We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at JSE Limited. As a key member of our testing department, you will be responsible for managing the quality of our software applications through functional testing.

The successful candidate will manage the expectations of stakeholders by giving regular feedback, create testing environments, and liaise with stakeholders. You will also review test scripts of other test analysts and maintain test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform investigations to find the root cause for any problem areas.
  • Make decisions in day-to-day testing and escalate to team lead or manager when necessary.
  • Improve personal capability and professional growth in line with JSE objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Matric qualification.
  • ISEB/ISTQB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing or higher.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing with an understanding of the SDLC process.
