Dynamic Outlook Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team in the Eastrand region of Gauteng. As a key member of the dynamic team, you will be responsible for controlling book values, minimizing debt, and improving cash flow while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Full Debtors function: controlling book values of between 10 - 20 Million minimum">
  • Minimize debt, improve cash flow, and maintain positive relationships with clients">
  • Guide and lead intermediate Debtors Controllers">
  • Assist with reconciliations of key accounts and handle issues at a high level">

Reporting and Collaboration

">

Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of the debtor's book and collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and resolve issues.

Skill Requirements

">

Disciplined and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

">

Desired Experience and Qualification

">

Matric qualification required, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. Minimum 5 years of Debtors experience, logistics industry experience beneficial, and knowledge of Parcel Perfect system an asset.

Remuneration Package

">

R20,000.00 - R28,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
