Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance Administration
  2. Create purchase orders for maintenance supplies and services
  3. Provide support to the company with the administration and coordination of maintenance activities
  4. Data Management
  • Review, file, store and organise documents, reports and information, soft and hard copies
  • Enter and update information on relevant databases
  • Ensure data is backed up regularly
Quotations and Orders
  • Record and document all quotations, orders, approvals, purchases as per procedures for accuracy and transparency
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and orders
  • Update platforms with information pertaining to quotation and order requests
Communication and Coordination
  • Provide feedback to relevant people to ensure accuracy of information received and submitted
  • Capture job cards and create job card numbers
Emergency Repairs and General Duties
  • Contact suppliers for emergency repairs
  • Perform general/ad hoc duties as assigned
