Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Expertise Leader to join our team at Letsema Consulting and Advisory. As a senior leader in marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

About the Role
  • This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • They will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing innovative solutions to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze market trends and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach target audiences.
  3. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI goals.
  4. Lead the development of marketing strategies, working closely with stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Expertise Leader, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
