- A National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in production/product engineering/quality environments within the automotive industry is necessary.
- You should have knowledge of vehicle functions, including body, powertrain, chassis, and electrical systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and presentation skills, are essential.
- Develop and implement Product Safety strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on quality performance and initiatives.
