We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations, driving strategic growth, and improving overall business functions.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Management, along with completed articles and financial accounting experience. A solid understanding of IFRS is essential, as is at least 5 years of experience in financial and operational management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the improvement of the financial and operational value chain through streamlined, accurate, and timely reporting.
  • Support the management team in tracking operational targets, addressing root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor the operational value chain to ensure customer requirements are consistently met, driving cost-effective improvements.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is also required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
