About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take on a senior leadership role within our organization. As Financial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage consolidation entries and reporting to ensure accurate financial representation
  • Oversee operations management for various subsidiaries to optimize performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BCom degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5-6 years' experience in a full-function finance role, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • A strong understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
