Job Title: Bookkeeper/ Admin

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Admin to join our team at People Dimension. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and reconcile cash books, bank statements, and credit notes.
  • Allocate transactions, manage debtors and suppliers, and review ageing reports.
  • Process invoices, credit returns, and discount allowances.
  • Manage petty cash, banking, and cash sales.
  • Assist with daily invoicing, cash flow preparation, and year-end/month-end closing entries.
  • Perform administrative and filing duties, including supplier credit applications.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Pastel Evolution.
  • Bookkeeping experience, with a focus on organization, efficiency, and reliability.
