About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Value Management Specialist to join our team at Deka Minas Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning and execution of our Customer Value Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer onboarding journeys for our brands, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum value creation.
  • Design and implement cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns across segments, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with our Customer Value Management Manager to execute the CVM-Active strategy for each brand, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with business units and divisions to roll out customer retention strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Lead the design and execution of BTL campaigns via multiple channels, achieving revenue and CLTV targets.
  • Responsible for achieving Customer Value Management Retention targets, upsell and cross-sell targets, and any targets associated with campaigns to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Standard 10) with university entrance (NQF4)
  • A relevant 3-year business-related degree in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing practices, Customer Relationship Marketing, and data analysis
  • Ability to transform data and metrics into value-added reports measuring campaign effectiveness
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Desirable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Customer Value Management or equivalent
  • IMM Direct Marketing Diploma or equivalent
