Shape the Future of Renewable Energy with Network Recruitment

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in our solar division. Your expertise in business development and sales will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in our solar energy offerings across specific regions/markets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, from utility-scale projects to commercial and industrial solar solutions.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility companies, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Project Development: Collaborate with the technical, finance, and operations teams to create competitive project proposals that meet clients' needs and maximize profitability.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure we remain a leader in the solar sector.
  • Revenue Growth: Take ownership of revenue targets, driving profitable growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within the solar or broader renewable energy industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the solar energy market, including regulatory frameworks, project financing, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading and growing sales or business development teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to think big and develop long-term strategies while executing tactically to achieve immediate goals.
