Support Services Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Support Services Manager to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. This role will be responsible for providing strategic support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of administrative staff. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and productivity of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to the operations team, including developing and implementing effective processes and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including managing the reception area and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
