This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to manage and direct the operational function of the Branch, ensuring the provision of effective, sustainable, and legally compliant healthcare solutions that align with Client requirements and adhere to Company Policy. The branch must align with the Company business strategy and values.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Nursing or related discipline
  • Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
  • Minimum of 3 years post experience
  • A minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experience
  • Knowledge of the LRA and BCEA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the branch aligns with company structures and processes
  • Ensure that employee practices align with their respective KPAs and enforce policies and procedures
  • Drive the business to attain monthly targeted billings
  • Manage operations to keep costs within budgeted figures
  • Proactively identify new potential Client segments in the Healthcare Industry
  • Understand key competitors and identify opportunities to grow and retain the business and increase market share
  • Develop and maintain sound relationships with clients
  • Engage with Nurse Managers and Unit Managers to identify opportunities, staffing requirements, and assist with proactive solutions
  • Recruit Assignees
  • Oversee registration, induction, and orientation of Assignees
  • Conduct ongoing upskilling and clinical evaluations of Assignees
  • Enforce Charisma policy and procedures at the clinical interface
  • Ensure that Charisma Assignees adhere to the policies and procedures of the clients to which they are allocated
  • Monitor and manage the conduct and performance of Charisma Assignees at the clinical interface
  • Attend various appropriate meetings at the clinical interface
  • Assist with the maintenance and integrity of the database
  • Record keeping, compiling reports, and monitoring trends and statistics
  • Engage in ongoing personal development to ensure knowledge and skills are current in the clinical environment.
