About the Role: As an IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and direction of all IT resources to achieve company objectives and related policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hold a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  2. Possess Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCITP (DBA))
  3. Have ITIL Foundation certification advantageous
  4. Completed a Course or Certificate in Management / Leadership
  5. 10 years relevant work experience within the Information Technology sphere
  6. At least 3 years experience in a senior management / executive capacity
  7. Work experience / background in the Financial Services Sector (Insurance)
  8. 5 years experience in strategic IT project management
  9. Supervising and managing Junior to Senior IT Engineers, including Managers
  10. Solid background in database design and / or administration in MS SQL
